The Matador

The Matador is a restaurant and tequila bar with 9 locations, 4 of which are located in Washington.

We chose The Matador’s Redmond location, which is in the heart of downtown Redmond in a two-story brick structure that has its own unique history dating back to 1915 when it served as Redmond City Hall. The Matador is 21 years and older offering indoor and outdoor seating and daily happy hour from 4 PM to 6 PM and 10 PM to 1 AM.

These guys know tequila. If you want a little history about tequila or just want to try some different types, Matador is where you want to go. They even offer tequila flights.

Their happy hour menu is one of the best we’ve tried with a variety of menu items made from scratch with fresh all natural ingredients with prices ranging from $5 to $6.

The Matador is definitely a place we would recommend for a fun, educational and tasty happy hour. Enjoy!

I think the Matador’s Service was good. I ended up with parking at the first parking spot right in the parking lot to come in so I would say parking is good for me anyway

The food was good but the steak tacos used to be better and I had steak tacos I had a founders margarita and that was super yummy delicious and very strong $14 but definitely more than $14

Matador is one of my absolute favorite restaurants to come to and I would absolutely recommend this and come again. I would give it a four out of five because I love this place even though the steak tacos could’ve been better but I love this place!

Happy hour at The Matador was so much fun and there is a great atmosphere!

The Matador has a happy hour daily and great food items. I had a skinny margarita and shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were so good and the margarita was excellent. All of us loved the nachos my sister ordered. The prices were affordable! Kind of bummed they didn’t have drinks on their happy hour special, but the food choices were good. The service was excellent.

I definitely would go to The Matador for happy hour again. I would give them a four out of five.
